Who we are

This site is operated by MetaSys Solutions LLC (MetaSys Packaging). We provide custom packaging manufacturing for US brands. If you have any question about this policy, email us at hello@metasysltd.com.

Information we collect

We only collect what we need to respond to you and run the site:

• Quote requests. Product details, box specifications, quantity, your name, company name, email, phone, website, and shipping location when you choose to share them.
• Contact form. Your name, email, phone, company, subject, and message.
• Newsletter. Your email address.
• Technical data. Your IP address and basic request metadata, used only for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

How we use your information

• To prepare and send your quote, including a free 3D mockup, within 48 business hours.
• To answer contact messages and provide customer support.
• To send newsletter emails you asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To protect the site from spam, bots, and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Service providers we use

• Resend delivers our transactional and notification emails. Form submissions are emailed to our team and to you through Resend.
• Google reCAPTCHA v3 protects our forms from bots. Your use of the forms is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. reCAPTCHA sets cookies and collects device and usage signals to tell humans from bots.
• Upstash Redis stores short-lived counters keyed to your IP address so we can rate-limit form submissions.
• Google Analytics 4, when enabled, measures site traffic and which pages lead to quote requests. It uses cookies and anonymized IP addresses and never receives the contents of your form submissions. Your use is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Vercel hosts the site and processes standard server request logs.

Cookies

Google reCAPTCHA always sets cookies that are required for our forms to work and stay secure. If web analytics is enabled, Google Analytics also sets measurement cookies to understand how the site is used. We do not sell your data or use it for cross-site advertising.

Data retention

We keep quote and contact submissions for as long as needed to serve your request and meet our business and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them. Rate-limit counters expire automatically within minutes to an hour.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have shared. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any email or by contacting us. To make a request, email hello@metasysltd.com and we will respond promptly.

Children

This is a business-to-business site and is not directed to children under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices change. The effective date above will always reflect the latest version.
