This site is an informational and lead-generation site for MetaSys Packaging, a division of MetaSys Solutions LLC. It is not an online store. There is no shopping cart or checkout, and submitting a form does not create a binding order.

Quotes are estimates

Every quote is prepared by a person and reviewed before it is sent, typically within 48 business hours. Quotes are estimates based on the specifications you provide. Final pricing depends on confirmed quantity, finished artwork, material availability, finishing choices, and shipping. A quote becomes an order only when both sides confirm it in writing.

Orders, deposits, and payment

• A 50 percent advance is required to release an order to production. We do not begin production on any order before the advance clears.
• The remaining balance is due Net 15 from invoice.
• We accept ACH bank transfer, major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Zelle, and Venmo. We do not accept checks.
• Minimum order quantities apply and vary by box style. Your quote states the minimum.

Artwork and intellectual property

You represent that you own or are licensed to use any artwork, logos, and content you submit, and that they do not infringe anyone's rights. You keep ownership of your artwork. You are responsible for reviewing and approving the digital proof before production. Once you approve a proof in writing, you accept responsibility for its content, spelling, and color within commercial print tolerance.

Production and changes

Changes are free before proof approval. After production begins, changes may incur material and labor fees, which we communicate before proceeding. Handmade and printed goods carry normal manufacturing variances; minor variation in color, cut, and finish is expected and not a defect.

Shipping and damage

We ship across all 50 US states and quote shipping separately. Inspect every shipment on arrival. Report damage with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace affected units per the terms of your order.

Acceptable use of this website

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit malicious or fraudulent form data, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We use rate limiting and bot protection to keep the site secure.

Limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MetaSys Packaging is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, where our primary office is located, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
