Print and Finish That Makes Brands Look Like Brands
Three printing methods and ten finishing options. Every volume from 50 units to 50,000, with Pantone matching, foil, soft touch, embossing, and more.
Pick Your Print Path
Three printing methods cover every project from a 50 unit pilot to a 50,000 unit retail rollout.
- Best for 500 units or more
CMYK Offset Printing
Industry standard color accuracy. Best for large runs of 500 or more units.
- Pantone color matching available
- 4 color process or spot colors
- Lowest per unit cost at scale
- Most consistent color across runs
- Best for 50 to 500 units
Digital Printing
No plate costs. Perfect for small runs and prototypes under 500 units.
- No setup fees
- Variable data printing possible
- Fast turnaround under 10 business days
- Affordable on small quantities
- Best for Corrugated boxes at 1000 units or more
Flexographic Printing
Ideal for corrugated and kraft. Lower cost at scale for one to three spot colors.
- One to three spot colors
- Lowest cost per unit on shipping cartons
- Fast production for large runs
- Works on rough corrugated surfaces
Digital vs Offset vs Flexo
The right print method is mostly a question of volume and surface. Here is the short version, tied to how many units you are ordering.
- Fastest path to market
Digital
50 to 500 unitsTest, launch, or personalize
No plates and no setup fees, so short runs and prototypes stay affordable. Variable data lets you swap names or codes per unit. Pick digital when you want to be in market in under 10 business days.
- Best per-unit cost at scale
Offset
500 units or moreScale with exact color
Plate costs spread across a larger run, so the per unit price drops sharply. Pantone solid coated matching holds color consistent across reorders. Choose offset for retail rollouts where the brand color must be right every time.
- Lowest cost on corrugated
Flexo
1,000 units or morePrint on corrugated and kraft
Built for one to three spot colors on rough corrugated and kraft surfaces. It is the lowest cost way to brand shipping cartons at volume. Reach for flexo on outer cartons and bulk e-commerce shippers.

Printing & Finishing Questions
The questions brands ask us most before choosing a print method and finish combination.
Talk to a specialistWhat is the difference between digital, offset, and flexographic printing?+
Digital prints with no plates, which keeps short runs and prototypes affordable. Offset uses printing plates that pay off across larger runs with the lowest per unit cost and exact Pantone matching. Flexographic prints one to three spot colors directly on rough corrugated and kraft at high volume.
How many units before offset becomes cheaper than digital?+
The crossover usually lands around 500 units. Below that, digital wins because it has no plate or setup cost. At 500 units and above, offset spreads its setup across more pieces and the per unit price drops below digital.
Can you match my exact brand Pantone color?+
Yes with offset printing using Pantone solid coated inks. Digital printing matches Pantone within commercial tolerance for most colors but is not an exact match. Tell us your Pantone reference at quote stage and we recommend the right method.
Which finishing options work best together?+
Soft touch lamination paired with spot UV or foil stamping is the most popular premium combination. The matte base makes the glossy or metallic accent pop. Embossing adds a tactile signature without changing the visual finish.
Do finishing options change my production timeline?+
Lamination and aqueous coating add little to no time. Foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, and window patching each add a finishing pass, so plan a few extra business days. We confirm the exact timeline on your quote.
Can I get a printed sample before a full production run?+
Yes. We produce a single physical sample of your final design for a flat fee that gets credited toward your first production order, so you can check color and finish in hand before committing.
