What is the minimum order quantity?

Most of our products start at 50 units. Rigid boxes and display boxes start at 50 to 100 units. Some specialty items have higher minimums. We will always tell you upfront in your quote.

How long does production take?

Digital printing orders ship in 7 to 10 business days after proof approval. Offset printing orders ship in 15 to 20 business days. Rush production is available for an additional fee depending on order size.

Can I order a sample before a full production run?

Yes. We produce a single physical sample or small sample run, typically 5 to 10 units, so you can feel the quality and check the printing before committing to a large order. Sample fees credit back toward your first production order.

What happens after I submit a quote request?

Within 48 business hours our team reviews your specs and sends a detailed quote plus a free 3D mockup of your printed design. From there you approve the proof, we produce, inspect, and ship.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Changes are free before proof approval. After production begins, changes may incur material and labor fees depending on how far the job has progressed. We always communicate cost impact before making changes.

Do you offer credit terms for business accounts?

We take a 50 percent advance to release your order to production, with the remaining balance due Net 15 from invoice. This applies to new and established accounts alike. We do not start production on any order before the advance clears, so getting it in early is the fastest way to protect your delivery date.

What file formats do you accept for artwork?

AI, PDF, PSD, EPS, and high resolution PNG or JPG at 300 dpi. CMYK color mode for print. Files should include a 3 mm bleed and the dieline on a separate layer.

Yes. Your first 3D mockup and structural dieline are free with every quote. Full graphic design service is available for a flat fee that depends on the complexity of your project.

What materials do you offer?

What thickness of paperboard should I use?

16pt suits small lightweight products like teas and small bottles. 18pt suits most cosmetics and supplements. 24pt suits heavier products and premium positioning. 1.5 to 4 mm rigid greyboard for setup boxes.

Do you offer FSC certified materials?

Yes. FSC certified paperboard and corrugated are available across all our box styles. We provide chain of custody documentation on request.

Are your materials food safe?

Yes when you select food grade substrates and inks at quote stage. We label your job food grade through our supply chain so the right inks and coatings are used.

How much recycled content can you provide?

Kraft and CRB materials contain 80 to 100 percent recycled content. SBS contains 0 to 30 percent. Corrugated is typically 50 to 100 percent recycled.

Are your boxes recyclable curbside?

Yes. Every paperboard and corrugated box we produce is 100 percent recyclable curbside. Window patches with PET film should be removed before recycling.

What is the difference between CMYK and Pantone?

CMYK is the four color process that produces almost any color by mixing cyan, magenta, yellow, and black inks. Pantone is a spot color system using premixed inks for exact color matching. Pantone is more consistent across runs but costs more per unit.

Should I choose digital or offset printing?

Digital printing is best for orders under 500 units because there are no plate setup costs. Offset printing is best for orders of 500 or more units because the per unit cost drops sharply once setup is amortized.

How exact is your color matching?

Offset with Pantone solid coated inks matches to a Delta E under 2. Digital printing matches Pantone within commercial tolerance, typically Delta E of 3 to 5, which is acceptable for most brand colors but not exact.

What is bleed and why does my file need it?

Bleed is the area of artwork that extends past the cut line of the box. Without bleed, slight cut variations leave white edges on your printed box. We need 3 mm of bleed on every edge.

After artwork is finalized we send a digital PDF proof showing how the print will look on the dieline. You review, request changes if needed, and approve in writing before production starts.

Small orders typically ship UPS or FedEx Ground at the published rate. Larger orders ship LTL freight. We quote shipping at the same time as production so there are no surprises.

How long does shipping take?

Finished orders move by freight into US third party logistics, then ship domestically to your door, your warehouse, or your 3PL. We route each order through whichever partner gives the best combination of cost, transit reliability, and protection against loss or damage, including our own in-house logistics operation, so the exact method varies by order. Because of that we confirm the shipping method and a delivery window in writing with your quote, before you commit to anything. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes. Tracking numbers are sent by email the same day your order ships domestically, and you can track every package or pallet through to your door.

We ship to Canada and Mexico on most orders. International shipping outside North America is available on request with the brand handling import duties and clearance.

Inspect every shipment on arrival and document any damage with photos. We replace damaged units at no cost when reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

How is your pricing calculated?

Price depends on box style, dimensions, material, printing method, finishing, and quantity. Quantity is the biggest lever. Doubling your order often drops the per unit cost by 25 to 40 percent.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes. Per unit cost drops sharply at 250 units, 1000 units, 2500 units, and 5000 units. We show you the full quantity curve in your quote so you can pick the most economical run size.

Are there setup or plate fees?

Digital printing has no setup fees. Offset printing has a plate setup fee that we amortize across your order. For orders of 500 or more units the setup cost per unit is minimal.

ACH bank transfer, all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Zelle, and Venmo. We do not accept checks. Terms are 50 percent advance to start production, with the balance due Net 15 from invoice.

No. Your quote includes design, plates, production, quality inspection, and packing. Shipping is quoted separately so you can choose your preferred service. Rush production has a published surcharge.

What is the cost difference between materials?

Kraft is typically 5 to 15 percent cheaper than white SBS. Rigid chipboard is 2 to 4x the cost of folding cartons due to material weight and assembly labor. Holographic and specialty boards add 20 to 40 percent.

What is a dieline?

A dieline is the flat vector outline of your unfolded box, including all cuts, scores, and fold marks. Your artwork goes onto the dieline. We send the dieline to you as part of your free first mockup.

What are bleed and safe zones?

Bleed is the 3 mm of artwork that extends past the cut edge to prevent white slivers from cutting variation. Safe zone is the 3 mm inside the cut edge where text and important elements should stay to avoid getting trimmed.

CMYK or RGB for print files?

Always CMYK for print. RGB colors look brighter on screen but print darker and duller. Convert all images and design files to CMYK before final export to PDF.
