Pick your size
Choose a standard size or build your own below. Dimensions are inside dimensions, the space your product needs.
- 2
Open the SVG
Open it in Illustrator, Affinity, Inkscape or Figma. It is drawn 1:1 in millimetres, so never resize it.
- 3
Lock the dieline
Keep the dieline layers on top and locked. Put your artwork on a new layer underneath.
- 4

The construction rules behind every panel
Sized from the OUTSIDE of the box it wraps, not from the product.
Each panel adds 1mm slip clearance plus one sleeve caliper, so it slides on without binding.
Glue tab seam lands on a rear corner, never on a display face.
Thumb notches on the front and back help push the inner box out.
Artwork tips for this style
- Keep alignment-critical artwork 6mm from the vertical creases. A sleeve can rotate slightly on the box.
- The glue bond is the only thing holding a sleeve together, so keep the tab free of varnish and lamination.

Type your dimensions and watch the dieline redraw. The generator applies the same construction rules as the standard templates and tells you when a size cannot be built.

What size should my sleeve be?+
Measure the outside of the box it goes over, not the product inside. Enter that outside length and width, plus the band height you want. The template adds slip clearance and board caliper for you.
How tall should a sleeve be?+
Most sleeves cover 40 to 70 percent of the box. Bands under about 1 in tend to be floppy and slide off.
Can the sleeve have a window?+
Yes. Keep it at least 6mm from any crease and 8mm from the band edge. We check placement on every order.
Is this dieline template really free?+
Yes. Every standard size downloads instantly with no email. The custom-size generator asks for an email before the download so our team can help if you want the box produced.
Can I use this template with another printer?+
Yes. It is a standard SVG with a legend and spec block, so any printer can read it. Board and equipment vary, so verify the dieline with whoever prints the job before production.
